As of the date of this policy, Intigno Inc does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain disclosures of personal information to third-party service providers or analytics partners may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA definition. What "Selling" and "Sharing" Means

Browser-Based Opt-Out (Global Privacy Control)

Our Response Process

We will:

  • Acknowledge your request within 10 business days.
  • Complete the opt-out within 15 business days of receipt.
  • Notify any third parties to whom we sold or shared your information in the 90 days before your request.
  • Not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request to protect you from unauthorized requests.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.
